How to Sauté Salmon with Coconut Oil
Rinse and pat dry the salmon, then set aside.
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp. LouAna® 100% Pure Coconut Oil over medium-high heat.
Place salmon in the heated pan, skin-side down and cook for about 4 minutes, or until golden brown underneath.
Flip and cook the top for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then each side for about 1 minute.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and fresh dill.
For a delicious sesame-crusted salmon, follow the tips below:
Mix together 1 cup of sesame seeds, 1 tsp. dried dill, salt and pepper.
Place the salmon filets, one at a time, in the sesame seed mixture and coat thoroughly on all sides.
Sauté as instructed above.
