A sweet and satisfying snack any time of the day!
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon LouAna® Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon dried coconut
Banana slices and dried coconut
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add ice for a colder smoothie. Garnish with banana slices and a sprinkle of dried coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
