Italian Balsamic Herb Marinade for Fried Turkey

Add some zing to your turkey with this marinade made with LouAna® Peanut Oil.
Serves: 2 cups
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
4 tablespoons fresh basil, finely minced
3 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely minced
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup LouAna® Peanut Oil
1/2 cup water
In a bowl, whip together Italian dressing, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, basil, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
Slowly whisk in LouAna Peanut Oil until it is fully incorporated and marinade is thickened.
Whisk in water slowly.
Inject 1 oz. of marinade per pound of turkey.
