Garlic Ginger Coconut Rice

An aromatic rice that pairs perfectly with meats and vegetables alike.

Serves: 2


2 tablespoons LouAna® Liquid Coconut Oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
½ cup coconut milk
1 cup sweet brown rice, cooked
¼ cup shaved or shredded coconut
1/8 teaspoon salt to taste
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro


In large saucepan, heat LouAna Liquid Coconut Oil on medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes before adding coconut milk and stirring.

Stir in cooked rice and coconut. Season with salt to taste. Top with fresh cilantro to garnish.
