Baked Sweet Potatoes

This updated version of the classic baked potato is packed with vitamins and rich flavor, making for a complementary side to any lean meat. Topped with coconut oil, an everyday staple is now elevated.

Total time: 1 hour, 5 minutes


Serves: 4


4 sweet potatoes
1/4 cup LouAna® 100% Pure Coconut Oil


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Wrap each sweet potato in a sheet of foil and transfer them to a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook the potatoes for 45 minutes to an hour, until the sweet potatoes are fork-tender. To serve, make a slit in the top of each potato and push the sides opens. Place a generous dollop of coconut oil on each sweet potato and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
