I only use coconut oil for my grilled cheese. I also use sourdough white bread and it is amazing! No more trying to spread hard butter. The coconut oil gives a nice flavor and super crispy!

Me too it seems 1 tbsp is 120 calories and it’s asking for two? Hmmm

I also would like to see the nutritional values of your recipes. I can’t believe in these times of more nutritional awareness that this factor is not included!

Looks Great!!! I’ve BEEN USING THIS COCONUT OIL FOR EVERYTHING FOR 7 MONTHS …It is truly miraculous. I can (and do) add lots of THIS fat to almost EVERYTHING and NO weight gain; no high cholesterol; no upset stomach; no side effects at all. If I want butter flavor, I add Butter Buds powder..
