How to Make Frosting with Coconut Oil
Sift 3 cups of powdered sugar to create a fine texture with no crumbs. Set aside.
Use an electric mixer to cream 1 cup of LouAna® 100% Pure Coconut Oil until fluffy and light (about 2 minutes).
Slowly add in about 2/3 of the sifted powdered sugar and continue to mix.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. milk and salt. Continue to mix.
Add the remaining powdered sugar and mix until smooth and combined.
Top over your favorite cake, muffins or whatever sweets you have near!
