Great Granola

A deliciously crunchy way to start your morning and incorporate LouAna® Coconut Oil into your daily diet.

Serves: 4


2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup warm water
2 tablespoons LouAna® Liquid Coconut Oil
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
½ cup raisins (optional)
½ cup red currants or other berries (optional)


Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until oats are moist.

Spread mixture evenly on parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from oven and let granola cool for 5 minutes. Add raisins, red currants or other berries as desired. Store in airtight container once completely cooled.
