Great Granola

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons LouAna Coconut Oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • ½ cup raisins (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350?. Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until oats are moist. Spread mixture evenly on parchment lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let granola cool for 5 minutes. Add ½ cup raisins if desired. Store in airtight container once completely cooled.
